Equality Clerk
Equality Clerks are specially trained court assistants. They process all the paperwork, organise the court dates, and keep all the parties informed of the court dates, etc. , just like any other court clerk would do.
However, Equality Clerks have also been trained in human rights law and the speical requirements of the Act. So they are a great source of information for Complainants and Respondents.
